Over the past five years, HR professionals and managers have navigated dramatic changes in the workforce and employees' expectations, which have created resistance to workplace policies, procedures, and new initiatives. Technology innovations, changing workplace norms, and different generational values are stress-testing the HR systems of the past, resulting in a perfect storm for burnout, decreased employee engagement, and performance challenges. However, HR professionals can overcome these challenges to create a high-performance and safe organizational culture by leading change with a new roadmap. The new approach to managing change requires skills in collaborative decision-making, inclusive communication, purpose clarity, and strategic thinking.

Join Momentum to Change for an interactive workshop where you will learn to:

      • Apply strategies to lead successful change initiatives confidently as an HR professional.
      • Assess why employees will resist change and how to overcome resistance.

Momentum to change helps organizations drive change initiatives for the modern workforce and develop leaders’ capabilities to manage change initiatives now and for the future of work.
