8:00 am – 9:30 am - Welcome, Sponsor Recognition & Program Presentation

About this Program:

In this session we will review the four quadrants of psychological safety. We will discuss inclusion, learning and development, our individual contributors at all levels of the organization, and finish with challenger safety. Participants will hear about the above four fundamental areas on psychological safety and how to move between them.

This event is pending approval for HRCI/SHRM credits

o Learning Objective 1: Hearing all Voices. As we begin we will talk about the importance of a safe space for employees at any level of the organization to have their voice heard. You will learn about tactics that other company’s have taken to increase these levels of two way communication to ensure it is safe for any employee to speak and share their voice.

o Learning Objective 2: Self Awareness. If we want our teams to be more self-aware, it starts with us. You will learn about unconscious bias and how it may be interfering with not only your team, but with you as well.

o Learning Objective 3: Normalize Vulnerability. Creating an environment where employees understand the importance of vulnerability can help shift company culture. Story telling can be a powerful tool in personal and professional development. We will share examples of how story telling has helped change the trajectory of wellbeing and DEIB programs in specific industries.
