The National Human Resources Association has focused on the development of human resources management professionals for more than 70 years. Our Rochester Affiliate is dedicated to giving back to our community by supporting local nonprofits that work to advance employment opportunities in the Rochester region. Through the generosity of business leaders just like you, we have raised thousands of dollars for those charities. Last year we were able to donate over $35,000 to Junior Achievement from our auction. We need your support to make the 2023 auction a big success for this year’s chosen non-profit:

We are pleased to be working with PathStone Corporation’s Reentry Programs to support training & employment services for individuals impacted by the justice system.

• For over 54 years in Rochester, PathStone Corporation has been providing training & employment services to underserved populations. Employment can be particularly challenging for people on probation or returning to the workforce after incarceration. PathStone’s programs reduce the chance of a repeat offense and increase the likelihood of earning a livable wage.
• PathStone’s reentry programs reduce employment barriers for this population from every angle – from collaborating with employers to identify viable job opportunities to directly providing or facilitating access to transportation, childcare, job training, certifications, healthcare, clothing, basic hygiene, and shelter.
