About The Speakers
Manisha Dhawan is an executive and career coach, consultant, facilitator, author, and speaker with over 2 decades of experience. In her book, The Digital Agile Leader, she shares stories and strategies on how to navigate change in the workplace and beyond.
Manisha spent several years working at organizations including PwC, Deloitte, Slalom, and Taco Bell leading global digital and strategic change initiatives. At Taco Bell, Manisha led the market rollout for kiosks and national rollout of Taco Bell delivery across 4500+ restaurants. She played a pivotal role in their e-commerce and mobile app programs.
Through her experience working in HR, IT, Consulting, Operations, and Marketing, Manisha brings a holistic business lens and is a trusted strategic advisor.
She has a BS in Chemistry and MBA from UC Irvine and currently lives in Carlsbad.
