In this session, we will talk about change management hacks that can make all the difference in your change process. We will discuss a few principles that if applied, can help people to transition quickly and feel comfortable without reverting back to their old behavior.

Affectionately known as Zu, she is an energetic, passionate, and knowledgeable speaker that will open your mind to what it really takes to change. She inspires leaders to build trust and to have a deeper connection with their employees. She believes that having sincere interest in people is the best way to motivate, engage and facilitate change.

Zu is PROSCI® and Change Management Professional Certified (CCMP™) with extensive experience utilizing Change Management methodologies, tools and discipline to guarantee successful delivery and adoption of business’ priorities. She loves connecting with people and helping them to smoothly transition.

Zu is currently the Director of Change Management for Mastercard. Before that she was an independent Consultant and assisted several companies to implement change such as the NFL, Potter Electric and Bayer. Prior to that she worked for over 19 years for Monsanto/Bayer holding roles in the areas of Finance, Global Trade and Compliance, Supply Chain and Change Management.

Zu has presented to several audiences such as Emerson, Ranken Jordan Hospital, University of Southern California, University of Maryland – Baltimore, Tsys , St Louis University among others
