Keegan Evans will deliver an inspiring presentation about the successful development and implementation of a hybrid work strategy for Intuit's 17,000 employees by the Intuit Workforce of the Future Team. This strategy leveraged customer obsession, courage, and the knowledge that we are stronger together, empowering employees to perform their best work at the $125 billion business.

During his talk, Keegan will share valuable insights on navigating the transition from years of virtual work during the pandemic, creating a hybrid model that balances in-person collaboration with virtual work when it benefits the team. He will discuss how data-driven insights were used to inform decision-making and how employee feedback and input were incorporated throughout the process.

About the Speaker

Keegan Evans is the founder of Euda.io, a boutique coaching and consulting firm which helps leaders achieve exponential effectiveness through a focus on deliberate organizational culture and empathetic leadership development. He previously spent two years as a Sr. Principal at Intuit, the Silicon Valley-based software company that specializes in AI driven financial software with a mission to power prosperity around the world and is best known for it’s TurboTax, Quickbooks, Mailchimp, and Credit Karma products. At Intuit, he served as a leader on their Workforce and Workplace Strategy team, leveraging customer obsession, courage, and the knowledge that we are stronger together to empower Intuit’s 17,000 employees to do the best work of their lives in a bold new hybrid work model at the $125 billion business. 

Prior to entering civilian life, Keegan served as an officer in the United States Marine Corps, achieving the rank of Major. Over the course of his aviation career, including his three deployments in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom where he logged over 2000 flight hours.
