As Founder & President of Travers Training & Consulting, she works with businesses and nonprofit organizations to develop techniques needed to increase retention & productivity and create a cohesive culture. Rhonda leverages her 30 years of corporate leadership and consulting experience to share her unique approach through People Advisory Services, Leadership Development Workshops, and Speaking Engagements.
Rhonda is also committed to making a difference through positive community development. After earning a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Millikin University, Rhonda completed the Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), as well as Master Practitioner and Certified Trainer of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) certifications.
