Rhonda Travers is a business-oriented leader recognized for making a positive impact, building teams and talent, and driving results. As Founder & President of Travers Training & Consulting, she works with businesses and nonprofit organizations to develop techniques needed to increase retention & productivity and create a cohesive culture. Rhonda leverages her 30 years of corporate leadership and consulting experience to share her unique approach through People Advisory Services, Leadership Development Workshops, and Speaking Engagements.

Rhonda is also committed to making a difference through positive community development. She has fulfilled volunteer leadership roles over 17 years and currently serves with the following associations: St. Louis Chapter of the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) Board of Governors, National Speakers Association (NSA) St. Louis Chapter Board, American Club Association (ACA) Chesterfield Advisory Board, Girl Scouts of Eastern Missouri Women’s Leadership Network (WLN) Steering Committee, and Little Black Book (LBB) - Women in Business Leadership.

After earning a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Millikin University, Rhonda completed the Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), as well as Master Practitioner and Certified Trainer of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) certifications.
