Wes O'Donnell is a veteran of both the U.S. Army and the U.S. Air Force, serving for ten years on active duty. Wes now works with HR departments, recruiters, and senior leaders at companies of all sizes to set up recruiting and onboarding programs for veterans. Wes is the founder of Warrior Lodge, a corporate training firm that's been building high-performing teams since 2013.
Wes is also in his last year of law school at Western Michigan University and he's the author of a book about public speaking called "Own the Crowd." Wes has spoken at TEDx, the U.S. Air Force Academy, and dozens of corporate clients like United Health Group and Monster Worldwide. In addition to keynotes, Wes also offers an HR boot camp (workshop) where he teaches hiring managers how to write job descriptions that attract veterans, questions to ask in the interview, and how to translate military jobs to corporate requisitions.
