Justin Grooms is a highly accomplished and sought-after Business Consultant, Executive Corporate Trainer, Author, and Public Speaker based in Los Angeles, CA. He is the founder and CEO of Chariot Consulting, where he and his team work diligently to help organizations achieve their goals regarding managing Human Resources. Justin is a Murray State diversity graduate, earning both a bachelor’s and master’s degree. He earned a PHR Certification in HR and has almost two decades of experience in consulting.
