As Vice President Sales and Career Transition Coach at Randstad RiseSmart, Bob leverages extensive sales leadership and accredited coaching experience to guide organizations and individuals through the evolving world of work.
He's passionate in his belief that careers are meant to be fulfilled and has devoted his entire career to helping people move forward in theirs. This passion has allowed him to step into many amazing roles, both leading teams and serving as an individual contributor.
For NHRA-Silicon Valley, Bob leads professional development, heading up our mentorship program.
Outside of work you'll probably find Bob somewhere in the mountains, spending time with his family and friends.
Anne Hausler
Merit HR is an HR focused staffing and consulting firm in Northern California. Anne leads Merit’s consulting practice as well as staffing and search engagements.
Since joining Merit HR over 20 years ago as a late-stage startup, Anne has contributed significantly to Merit’s growth and building out the service delivery model as a manager, leader and individual contributor. She brings a business mindset, creativity, voice of reason and focus to her engagements.
With over 17 years of additional experience in corporate America holding roles in business management, HR, operations, sales and accounting, Anne applies practical knowledge and experience in working with clients to understand their business challenges and identify HR solutions to align with business need.
Kris Hamner
Kris Hamner brings over 25 years of global Human Resources leadership experience across technology, life sciences, logistics, and complex manufacturing. He is a versatile and strategic leader that has enabled business and employee success, company transformation, and HR innovation at large, mid-size, and small companies including Hewlett Packard, Hitachi, and fast growth Private Equity backed companies.
Kris is passionate about making HR a competitive advantage through business partnership, employee engagement, and cross-functional collaboration. He brings proven ability to develop, implement, innovate, and scale people strategies to attract, develop, and retain talent in a globally competitive environment.
Kris contributes to innovation and learning in the broader HR community as Board President of the National Human Resources Association – Silicon Valley, Instructor at the University of California, Santa Cruz (Extension), as a Board advisor to firms and non-profit organizations, and as a guest speaker at HR and Industry events.
