About our Speaker

Daniel P. Forsyth, labor and employment lawyer with Bond, Schoeneck & King

Daniel has worked in employment law for over 35 years. He has been listed in The Best Lawyers in America® 2001-2025, Employment Law - Management; Labor Law - Management; Litigation - Labor and Employment (listed for more than 20 years). Most recently he was awarded Best Lawyers' 2025 Buffalo Labor Law - Management Lawyer of the Year.

He represents employers in National Labor Relations Board proceedings including unfair labor practice charges and over 30 union organizing campaigns. He practices at all levels of state and federal courts in litigation involving: employment discrimination, wrongful discharge, restrictive covenants, motions to stay/compel arbitration, motions to vacate/confirm arbitration awards, duty of fair representation and injunctions.
