ABOUT THE SPEAKER
Kim Minnick is a long time People Operations leader with a focus in early stage start-ups. She has spent her career building elegant HR functions for scrappy companies. Since 2020 she’s been obsessed with best practices for fully remote orgs. As a part of this journey, she’s become a Certified Practitioner for Gitlab’s Team Ops philosophy and hosted several People Ops leaders offsites.
