Marcina leads Talent Management and OD at Auction.com, after 20+ years as a global HR Leader and Change Management Director with Hewitt Associates and Aon Corporation. She has also coached executives around the globe in cultivating more effective interpersonal connections with team members that positively impact the culture.

She is certified in Predictive Index, LaMarsh Managed Change, Extended DISC, Ken Blanchard’s Team Building and Team Working, Bill Bridge’s Personal Transitions, the Center for Creative Leadership’s Benchmarks, and the Birkman Methodology.
Eric is a member of Aon’s Executive Leadership Team and a Global Lead Partner with Aon’s Enterprise Client Group (ECG), a team that enables an Aon United approach across the world and all of Aon’s revenue lines. In this role, Eric’s responsibilities include development and execution of the ECG’s approach for global client relationship management and Delivering Aon United. This approach includes supporting the business strategy for a select group of global clients by delivering data-driven insights and solutions around Risk, Retirement, Health and Human Capital. The ECG team brings an Aon United approach to each client by focusing on the following core areas of activity:
To enable Aon’s growth blueprint, Eric co-founded and co-leads Aon’s Enterprise Client Development Program, a growth strategy for our large client market segment, with colleagues in our Latin America, Asia Pacific, North America, and EMEA regions. Previously, Eric served as the Global Chief Commercial Officer for Aon Hewitt’s Client & Market Development practice and prior to that led the West Region Market for Aon Hewitt. He has been with Aon for 32 years and has a proven track record of delivering large-scale business solutions that have impact and establishing him as a trusted advisor and strategic partner-of-choice for clients.
