Matt Bradburn is the founder of Deepgrain.ai, where he works with organisations to close the gap between what AI can do and what most organisations are actually doing with it. Matt previously founded People Collective, a people ops consultancy he grew over seven years and sold in 2023. Before that he was CPO at Peakon, which exited to Workday. He now runs his practice solo using AI agents and custom workflows, replicating the output of a six-person consultancy solo.
Soribel Feliz is the founder of Personal Algorithms, an AI governance compliance advisory practice serving healthcare organizations, federal agencies, and enterprise teams. She has built AI governance programs from the inside at the U.S. Senate, DHS, Meta, and Microsoft, focused on what holds up under regulatory, board, and legal scrutiny. She holds CIPM, CIPP/E, and CIPP/US certifications and is a certified Algorithmic Auditor. She recently launched a popular course on LinkedIn Learning titled "Managing AI Risks: 8 Common Mistakes to Avoid at Work".
Ben O’Mahony is Principal AI Engineer at Thoughtworks. He is a results-driven leader with a track record of building high-performing teams and shipping business-critical AI, ML and data products and platforms at scale.
