Exemplary Empowering Leadership for HR with the Practices to shine

(NOTE: This event will be offered both in-person and online. Please select the ticket type that reflects how you will attend.)

In today’s workplace, HR professionals face unprecedented challenges when it comes to burnout, disengagement, retention struggles, and shifting norms. Successful leadership through these challenges can no longer be about intentions, theories, or concepts. It’s about behaviors that drive measurable impact. This interactive session introduces The Five Practices of Exemplary Leadership®, a research-backed framework from the Leadership Practices Inventory (LPI)™ that has guided leaders for over 40 years.

Learning Objectives:

By the end of the session, participants will be able to:

•  Identify how each LPI practice can be used to address a specific HR challenge.

•  Apply leadership behaviors to improve employee engagement, retention, and wellness.

•  Reflect on their own leadership style and identify areas for growth.

•  Design a micro-strategy using LPI principles to shift one thing in their leadership experience.
