In his role as Senior Consulting Partner, Sean works alongside senior leadership teams to create clarity, alignment, and a culture of positive accountability. With over 20 years of experience working with many of the strongest brands in the world to accelerate business transformation, Sean leads client strategy, program delivery, and client success.
Sean created “The Culture Corner” where he talks about the power of workplace culture to drive your organization forward and toward your most important business results. Sean also served as a founding member of Culture Partners’ internal Culture Committee, where he modeled, coached, and recognized others for demonstrating what the desired culture looks like in action.
Sean holds a B.S in Management from St. John Fisher University. He, his wife Kristin, and their three sons live in tropical Rochester, NY with their three dogs and one formerly stray cat.
