She focuses on talent acquisition, recruitment strategies, and staff retention, always bringing a people-first approach to her work. Abby’s knowledge and passion for connecting people to meaningful opportunities—along with her empathy and genuine care for staff—help create lasting, positive impacts across the organizations.



Erin Fierle, Global Strategic HR Business Partner, Moog
Erin Fierle is a Global Strategic HR Business Partner at Moog’s,Commercial Aircraft Group and an accomplished HR leader with extensive experience supporting diverse teams and functions across multiple regions worldwide. Throughout her career, she has partnered closely with business leaders to align HR initiatives with organizational goals. Katie Malik-Willard, HR Systems and Analytics Manager
Katie Malik-Willard, MPA, SHRM-CP, is the HR Systems and Analytics Manager at Seneca Gaming Corporation. She specializes in human resources, operations, analytics, and technology with a focus on process improvement. Prior to this, she served as the Chief of Staff and an HR Generalist at Kangarootime, a local startup. Katie's operational knowledge, combined with her empathetic approach, allows her to help people effectively utilize technology and navigate change. 



Christie Joseph, Vice President, Human Resources, Rosina Food Products

Christie Joseph is the Vice President of Human Resources for Rosina. She has 25 years of HR experience with over 10 years at the executive level. Christie has worked in multiple industries including manufacturing, sports and entertainment, technology distribution, healthcare, and retail.
