Originally built in 1903 for the Quaker City Cooperage Co who manufactured wooden slack barrels for grain, malt, flour, fruit and other commodities. The space has been renovated using reclaimed materials and features Lakeward Spirits, Pressure Drop Brewers, and more!

Doralis "Dora" Jones
With almost a decade of experience in talent acquisition and management, Doralis “Dora” Jones, is currently the Director of Talent Acquisition at Horizon Health Services in Western New York. She leads a team focused on innovative recruitment, retention, and development strategies, significantly enhancing the organization’s ability to meet its staffing needs.
Dora also owns Casa Consulting Services LLC, where she coaches individuals and small businesses in career search, branding, and development. She serves as the Co-Marketing Director for the National Human Resources Association - WNY chapter, promoting the HR profession in the region.
Originally from the Bronx, NY, Dora earned her Bachelor’s in Public Communications and a Master’s in Public Administration in Buffalo. She is passionate about supporting at-risk youth and recently served on the Board of the Next Move Foundation Inc. A graduate of the You Can’t Fail Inc. leadership program, Dora is dedicated to creating sustainable workforce solutions and fostering a diverse, inclusive environment.
