Change is inevitable, but the success of any change initiative is not. Many organizations have great strategies & tactics for change, but tend to prioritize less support for the people side of change.

The risks are regrettable losses, quality issues, decreases in customer satisfaction, & potential erosion of the organizational brand.

The upside is limitless as leaders learn how to effectively lead their people through change.

In this interactive session, leveraging the analogy of forest fires, participants will walk away with new awareness and actionable steps to lead change and move through change effectively.

During this program you will learn about...

  • Understanding the key stages people go through post-change
  • The costs of change and how to mitigate them.
  • Learn interventions that help individuals and teams navigate those stages
