Address Conflict Well

Conflict is an inevitable part of any organization, but how we approach it determines whether it becomes a barrier or an opportunity for growth. This session will guide participants through a structured process of addressing conflict effectively by honing into personal experiences and feelings, centering on the best approach, and taking intentional action.

Through self-reflection, we will explore the ways our responses impact outcomes, and how adopting a thoughtful, proactive stance can lead to better resolution and stronger relationships. Participants will leave with a clearer understanding of their role in conflict and tangible strategies to navigate it with confidence and care.

LEARNING OBJECTIVES

    • Develop a centered approach – Utilize self-awareness and mindfulness techniques to determine the best response in a given conflict situation.
    • Practice intentional action – Apply strategies to engage in conflict constructively, ensuring alignment with organizational values and personal integrity.
    • Enhance communication skills – Learn to express concerns effectively while fostering mutual understanding and collaboration.
    • Commit to personal accountability – Establish action steps for continuous growth in conflict resolution and workplace culture.
    • Identify personal conflict patterns – Reflect on past conflicts actions to recognize emotional triggers and response tendencies.
