NHRA-St. Louis strives to deliver information on valuable products and services to its members and guests. To that end, we offer the following Advertising/Sponsorship opportunities:

Sponsorship Options

Monthly Program Option - Investment: $250 (member rate), $325 (non-member rate).
One month sponsorshp features include:

• Your firm's logo to be included in all email invitations with a direct link to your website. This invitation is sent to 500 HR Professionals 3 times prior to the program.
• Your firm's logo, with direct link to your website, on the NHRA St. Louis website for one month. Attendees register for programs through this website. Data may be provided for number of "hits".
• Firm logo displayed on screen during networking portion of the meeting (before and after program)
• An acknowledgement and thank you, to you and your firm from the podium. Your materials will be included with all program materials at each attendee table for seating.
• A display table for Q&A and one-on-one meetings before and after the program.

Annual Program Option - Investment: $1,800
Full year sponsorshp features include:

• Your firm's logo to be included in all email invitations with a direct link to your website. This invitation is sent to 500 HR Professionals, a minimum of 27 times (3 times per program) prior to the 9 luncheon programs and 5 additional times prior to the summer networking event.
• Inclusion of 25 words or less (in the evites) about your firm's products, services and/or commitment to the HR community.
• Your firm's logo, with direct link to your website, on the NHRA St. Louis website for 12 months. Attendees register for programs through this website. Data may be provided for number of "hits".
• Firm logo displayed on screen during networking portion of the 9 meetings (before and after program) and during networking event.
• An acknowledgement and thank you, to you and your firm from the podium. Your materials will be included with all program materials at each attendee table for seating.
• A display table for Q&A and one-on-one meetings before and after the program and at the summer networking event.
• Mini-focus group with board members at one board meeting, to be used as a market research resource for the subject matter of your choice.
• Full year's membership fee for one individual from your firm. this includes program attendance and meals for 9 programs and 1 networking event.

Law Firm Option - Investment: $1250 (member rate), $1700 (non-member rate).
Three month sponsorshp features include:

• Your firm's logo to be included in all email invitations with a direct link to your website. This invitation is sent to 500 HR Professionals 3 times prior to the program.
• Your firm's logo, with direct link to your website, on the NHRA St. Louis website for one month. Attendees register for programs through this website. Data may be provided for number of "hits".
• Legal Update opportunity to be delivered by a member of your firm, presented to all program attendees for 3 months. Duration to be under 10 minutes.
• Firm logo displayed on screen during networking portion of the meeting (before and after program)
• An acknowledgement and thank you, to you and your firm from the podium. Your materials will be included with all program materials at each attendee table for seating.
• A display table for Q&A and one-on-one meetings before and after the program.

Website Advertising

Logo Advertisements

Your company's logo can appear in the right hand margin of our
Location's web pages.  Ads will include a link to your website.   Ad dimensions are 105 pixels wide by 60 pixels tall.  The cost of a Logo ad is $300 per quarter for members and $400 per quarter for non-members.
